How Can I Exchange Points into Discounts?

You can use your TOMTOP points in two ways.
Convert into coupons - You can exchange TOMTOP Points into coupons at any time in the user center. To exchange your TOMTOP Points into coupons or to check your points balance visit "My TOMTOP Points".
Direct Checkout Discount - Points can be applied at the checkout. (100 TOMTOP Points = 1 USD) 

How can I spend TOMTOP points at the checkout?

When you have available points, go to your shopping cart, fill in the number of points you need to use, click on the "Apply" to see the discount information.

Why can’t I use my points?

You need to be logged in to redeem your points, check the top right of the checkout page has your user account information.

Note:

• 1.You can use points when your order value reaches $20.
• 2.The discount (from the Points) cannot exceed 15% of the final commodity value. 
• 3.Each order can only use up to 2000 points.
• 4.Points can't be used on Flash Deal Products  and Special Discount For New Users.

Do TOMTOP Points Expire?

Yes. All points will expire on the end of the year after the one in which you have earned them.

TOMTOP offers various coupons for discounts and from time to time even free products. These discounts are done via a coupon code. You use our coupons at the checkout when you purchase products from our website.

Why Doesn’t My Coupon Work?

There are numerous reasons for why your coupon can not be applied. (A reason will be given on the shopping cart page.) Common reasons are: the coupon is

• 3.Is Entered Incorrectly
• 4.Not Applicable for any products in your shopping cart- Coupons can be for specific categories, products or even just for a special promotion page.

Can I Use Coupons For Drop Shipping Orders?

Yes. However, we already offer generous discounts to drop ship customers, so it may be more advantageous to use the drop ship discount rather than the coupon.

How Can I Redeem Coupons?

During the checkout process there is the option to enter the coupon code in the specified place shown below: click apply and the discount rate or money rebate will be deducted from the total.






Can I get points and coupons back when I cancel my unpaid order?

Yes, points and coupons will be returned to your account when you cancel an unpaid order.
