Needed something better than a bell to alert when I had a fish on. Our dock is a ways away from the house and I can hear the alarm and see the light go off at night. I missed way too many big cats when they stayed on the line too long because I could not see the poles bend with the bite at night. These solved the problem. They are simple to use and so far work great!

I got these for my husband for fathers day. We have been using them for months and they haven't died yet! They are actually pretty amazing.. He loved them as soon as he opened them! There is no volume control that's why I gave it a love rating for volume control however u can hear them across the lake so no worries if u won't hear them or not. We use them every time we night fish. They come in super handy!! I'm ordering more as soon as I can!! I highly recommend!

Great product! I use it on the beach in the surf and the motion of the waves and ocean do not set off any false alarms. The alarm itself is plenty load. Guys fishing 50 yards away know when I have a strike. They may be a negative for some, but those stupid little bells attached to the line never worked for me, couldn't hear them. If you're caught up and sitting in a chair watching your lines, you may want to turn them off, but for my money, they're everything they say. 5 stars!

This product is NOT waterproof. Mine came off and i walked out and got it znd its not waterproof. Also it shows it next to the real and with s larger openface it not possible. I like the profuct but i sont cast with it on n e more like i was. took me and my gf on how go use it ad it is my first one its kind of like making an s. U can usd ig with a current just give slack if u can. Beats using a bell. They r 1.25 and this is 5 pretty much. I lose bells all the time
