Works great! Don't need direct sunlight to charge your device. I have mine on the front window, (comes with 4 rubber suction cup) even when the sun is in the back of the house it still change my stick up camera.

Not really, since the output is a USB port which is integrated into the panel.

In my experience, the Arlo camera are incredibly picky about power. I bought the "10 W" version of this. 1) It's nowhere near 10W output. With it carefully aimed at the sun on a clear day in Virginia, the panel produced 4.9W according to my USB power meter. The power output is very dependent on the angle of the panel. Everyone hanging it vertically on the side of their backpack is doing it wrong and will get like 2W output. You want to maximize the area of the panel as viewed by the sun! If you aren't going to adjust it continually to track the sun across the sky, put it on the top of your backpack facing directly up. 2) It is very light. I trimmed the extra plastic off mine and reduced the weight from 3.3 to 2.8 oz. This is ridiculously light for a solar panel. For comparison, my "21 W" 3-panel Anker panel, which in practice maxes out at about 13W, is one of the lightest panels out there. It weights 1 lb exactly. 3) Here's some math, because people often struggle to do electrical conversions: This panel maxes out at 5W if you have it pointed perfectly at the sun. If you point it straight up, you might average 3W over the course of the day, since power = sin(sun angle). 3W over 10 hours is 30 Wh (watt-hours). A 10,000 mAh USB power pack is 38 Wh. A typical cell phone battery is 13-15 Wh. Therefore you can charge about 3/4 of a 10,000 mAh USB power pack over the course of the day, assuming it's totally clear and you point the panel straight up. If you adjust the panel to point toward the sun, you can do significantly better, and if there are clouds, you will do significantly worse.

It is used to power / charge the remote rail sensor in the security system. It works very well. With the USB system installed there is no water problem so far. I sprayed a flexible seal connection layer after the connection and the announcement may not start. However, the best starting price to be found in the semi-outdoor panel, how it can stand the test of time outside, remains to be seen, but in the case of sufficient sunlight, it will charge 4 sets of packages of 18650 energy within 5 to 6 hours. The low light conditions can also keep my rail sensor safe without worries GB.
