Talk the ball first. Brilliant to relax my neck! Easy to inflate and nice and soft to work with, very happy with product. These blocks and strap are great! The block quality is exactly the same a a more expensive block that I bought in a store but way cheaper and I get plus a strap! As for the strapes, excellent quality and material stretches just anough to help you get the workout you need on the go. Very versatile.

I mainly bought it for the strap. Building blocks are a convenient extra for me. The quality and length of the yoga belt are very good. These bricks are very lightweight and are perfect for my gym bag. They have good grip when used on mats. The belt is easy to use and easy to adjust. I use a small ball in Pilates, which is useful for stretching the shoulders and releasing tension. Soft but strong. Easy to inflate/deflate.

Great set- exactly what I was looking for. Yoga blocks are a great size, the stretching strap is exactly what I was looking and I had the yoga ball pumped up in a couple of minutes! The blocks are good and sturdy ( not too soft and ‘spongy’), the strap is like one you would find in most gyms. But the ball is a bit small for me, but that’s not too much of an issue and it may be the perfect size for others.
